Jeremy Piven, most famous for starring in the hit TV show “Entourage,” has put his Los Angeles property up for rent.
The actor paid $6.8 million for the 6,210-square-foot pad in 2017, the same year he listed his marvelous Malibu, CA, home. Piven is now asking for $34,950 a month.
Built in 1980, the spot has four bedrooms and five bathrooms and sits on a .29-acre lot. It boasts a luxe backyard with an infinity-edge pool, a sunken fire pit area, and gorgeous views of the city.
The property, which has striking glass walls, earned itself a mention in Architectural Digest after Piven bought it—it’s that good.
Amazing architecture
This is one Hollywood Hills home you won’t soon forget.
Walking through the front entrance, you’re met with a stunning two-story foyer punctuated by a floating staircase. There’s also a skylight, which makes the entryway feel bright and airy.
Multiple sitting areas are on the main floor. One has impressive glass walls looking out to the backyard, while another features built-in shelving.
These areas perfectly blend into the chef’s kitchen. This room is complete with an oversized marble-topped island and minimalistic wooden cabinetry.

The primary suite is magnificent, with a floating fireplace and a glass-windowed wall that opens to a private balcony. It also has an en suite bathroom with a dual vanity and a massive walk-in closet.
The remaining bedrooms boast recessed lighting, mirrored closets, and private outdoor spaces.
Additional home amenities include a three-car garage, fitness center, automatic gate, and security alarm system.
Piven, 59, rose to superstardom after playing Ari Gold in the hit HBO series “Entourage,” which premiered in 2004. The actor won a Golden Globe and three consecutive Emmy Awards for his role on the show. He also played Harry Selfridge on the British period drama series “Mr. Selfridge” and had a leading role on the CBS drama series “Wisdom of the Crowd.”
