A high-end South Florida home that is rumored to have hosted Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, and the cast of “The Real Housewives of New York” has rocketed onto the market for a very A-list price.
The $39.5 million property in Miami Beach, FL, was designed by architect Zeb Jarosz, who has created homes for Dan Marino and Matt Damon and designed a 40,000-square-foot mansion for Michael Jordan in Jupiter, FL.
Intriguingly, this is the home’s third price since it was listed at the start of 2024. It initially popped up on the market for the staggering sum of $42,500,000, but that price was slashed to $38,900,000 in April.
Its listing was taken down just one month later, before reappearing with the increased price.
Built in 2016, this modern mansion on highly coveted North Bay Road clocks in at nearly 13,000 square feet and sits on 103 feet of waterfront. Featuring 14-foot-high ceilings, it’s among the larger modern homes in Miami Beach.

In addition to its celebrity architect, the home boasts several other ties to the VIP world.
“The Real Housewives of New York” cast once filmed a contentious Miami vacation at the home, and rumors of Cruise and DiCaprio staying at the luxe residence have circulated around town.
The Housewives are reported to have paid $12,500 per night for the privilege of staying in the megamansion—which suggests the property could even serve as a lucrative business venture for potential buyers.
If you plan on having A-list overnight guests ready to revel in the area nightlife, you’re in luck. In addition to the massive main house, there’s a two-bedroom guesthouse above the three-car garage.
And if the waters of nearby Biscayne Bay aren’t your bag, the home features two pools for splashing around. One can be found on the roof and offers 360-degree views of the city. The other is a large resort-style pool at ground level that has a hot tub and a sunken dining table.
One other key selling point: That sweet rooftop pool is a true rarity for the area. Due to a change in local building codes, it’s a feature that’s impossible to replicate in a new build.

Inside, the home’s huge primary suite features two walk-in closets, a dressing room, a private terrace, and a bathtub carved from a single marble slab.
At the center of the home, you’ll find an indoor sky atrium with a vertical garden, which connects the home with its lovely natural surroundings.
Bold and chic, the interiors were completed by New York-based Jennifer Post Design, and the landscape architect is Raymond Jungles.
Previously owned by Chicken Kitchen founder Christian de Berdouare, the home is being sold by an entity tied to Stan Bharti, a Canadian businessman who founded the merchant bank Forbes & Manhattan.
The house is listed by Douglas Elliman’s Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny, of the Bill and Bryan Team.
Hernandez calls the sprawling home, which sits on a 22,000-square-foot lot, a “rare opportunity” at $40 million.
“It is truly an exceptional offering,” he says.
