Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper returned to his Pennsylvania roots on Sunday, when he cheered on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles to victory in the NFC championship game at Lincoln Financial Field—just 19 miles from the home where he was raised.
The 50-year-old A-lister was joined on the sidelines of the game against the Washington Commanders by his 7-year-old daughter, Lea, whom he shares with ex Irina Shayk.
Cooper and his daughter both donned Eagles merch, with the actor sporting a green hat while Lea was dressed in a green and white varsity jacket.
In a video shared to the NFL’s Instagram page, Cooper gave the lively crowd a thumbs-up and waved to his fans.
The clip was captioned: “Bradley Cooper in the house to watch his birds. Lifelong Eagles fan.”
The successful actor and director has always remained true to his Philadelphia roots, having been raised in a suburb of the city in a charming home that his parents, Gloria and Charles, purchased for just $38,000 in 1970. Realtor.com® estimates it is now worth closer to $700,000.

Cooper, who even shared his love of the Eagles in one of his movie projects, “Silver Linings Playbook,” was born five years after his parents purchased the abode in the quaint suburb of Jenkintown.
The 2,706-square-foot abode offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Records show that the home is still registered to Gloria and Charles. Gloria, who worked for the local NBC affiliate, is still thought to use the property as her primary residence. Charles, a stockbroker, died of lung cancer in 2011.
Gloria has also made many a visit to her son at his properties in California over the years. In a candid 2013 interview, the actor revealed that his mother had moved in with him in the wake of his father’s death so they could support each other through their grief.
“My family is very close, and my dad dying was brutal for all of us,” he said. “It was a schism, and its aftershock has not stopped. And we need each other. So here we are.”
While some might assume his mother was occupying a guesthouse, their living situation was actually much more intimate, he explained. “It’s not like I live in a compound and she’s in the guesthouse. No. She’s in the next room.

“But here’s the thing,” he continued. “She’s a cool chick. We can hang, and she can roll with the punches.”
In the years since, Cooper has decided to invest in his own piece of Pennsylvania real estate, snapping up a stunning $6.5 million property in New Hope, which is located around an hour from his childhood home.
The grandiose home on 33 acres of land is just a stone’s throw from properties that are owned by both his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, and her mother, Yolanda Hadid. The sprawling property was built in 1704 and has undergone several renovations.
Cooper’s home has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s also a guesthouse and a stone bank barn.
The rooms boast an intimate ambiance and feature fireplaces and wood-beamed ceilings.
The kitchen sports a more modern aesthetic and comes equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and chic stone countertops.
There is a fitness area, an expansive family room, and a screen porch that overlooks the lush landscaping.
Cooper’s property is the perfect spot for entertaining because it features a lavish pool, a pond, and access to a private lake where guests can kayak and canoe.

The home is perfect for the Hollywood star because many of his neighbors are some of his favorite A-lister pals.
Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid and their mom, former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda, bought a property in the area in 2017—dubbed the Carousel Farm—for $3.7 million.
Their complex features a 5,000-square-foot stone house, an in-ground pool, and a barn big enough to accommodate 16 horses. The Hadid farm is a “gentleman’s estate” where you can “relax around the pool, go riding on the 32+ acres, or just play your own version of Gatsby,” the listing states.
Since then, interest in the quaint town of 2,500 has soared, and it has become something of a celebrity hideaway. In recent months, Tina Fey, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Justin Bieber have all been spotted around town.
New Hope is located halfway between New York City and Philadelphia, making it an attractive option for commuters to both cities and a great rehearsal area for many Broadway productions.
For years, major shows used the Bucks County Playhouse as a staging ground before their Broadway runs, helping to infuse the area with an artsy vibe.

Over time, its burgeoning arts scene drew a multitude of artists, punks, and poets there.
Part of New Hope’s attraction lies in its ability to entertain both low-brow tastes and high-brow culture. Walk down New Hope’s Main Street, and you’ll find art galleries and high-end boutiques alongside head shops, used-record stores, and more than a few tie-dyed T-shirts. Its laid-back vibes led to New Hope being named the Most Hippie Town in Pennsylvania several years in a row.
“The area feels tucked away from the noise of urban life while being conveniently situated near major hubs like New York City and Philadelphia,” Samuel Kile, founding partner of Loyal Home Buyers, previously told Realtor.com.
“This blend of seclusion and accessibility has made it ideal for celebrities seeking a retreat that doesn’t sacrifice convenience.”
Beyond New Hope’s convenience and quaint charm, there’s now the added thrill of potentially running into a supermodel at the local farmers market.
“For the celebs, I imagine the draw would be that it’s still quiet there,” says Ken Murakowski, a broker with Century 21 in Bucks County.
Plus, your dollar goes much further in New Hope. Homes there are an average of $405 per square foot compared with $1,520 in Manhattan.

Cooper also boasts a penthouse apartment in the West Village, which he is understood to have purchased for $13.5 million in 2018—the same year that he released his “A Star Is Born” remake.
He also owns two homes in Pacific Palisades, CA: a $4.7 million home that he bought in 2009 and a second property that he snapped up for $4.8 million a few years later.
Although the star now boasts an impressive property portfolio, he is understood to have started his real estate journey in a small, humble space: a tiny studio apartment in New York City.
TikTok user Diana Trenkmann stunned her followers when she posted a video tour of her former home, which is located in Greenwich Village and boasts incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. The home has since been sold, according to Trenkmann.
Though the picture-perfect decor captivated viewers, it was undoubtedly the apartment’s star-studded history that caused the biggest stir.
“Today I’m going to be giving a proper tour of this place,” Trenkmann began her video, before adding: “Also honorable mention Bradley Cooper lived in this exact unit many, many years ago, so that’s my fun apartment lore.
“OK, let’s do the tour,” she continued. “So this is my front door. And when you walk in, this is the immediate view of the apartment. I have a coat closet here, and then we get to see inside the kitchen. I love an open kitchen concept. It just makes the space feel so much bigger.”
She then showed off two beautiful built-in bookshelves and a small bar placed in a nook for hosting. The space fits a bed, couch, dresser, nightstands, and a coffee table.
She showed off a clever storage shelf that sits high up in her bathroom, along with a massive vanity with more storage.

Up a steep set of stairs, she turned a loft space into a closet.
“This apartment has so much lore. Bradley Cooper lived here. Some NYU drug dealer also lived here back in the day. It’s just such a cool apartment. I honestly have never seen any other New York City apartment like this. The layout is just so unique.”
She added that Cooper resided in the home before he filmed the hit 2009 movie “The Hangover,” claiming that he lived in the apartment with his former spouse. Although Trenkmann did not name the woman in question, Cooper has been married only once—to actress and director Jennifer Esposito.
They wed in 2006, then split less than a year later.
“What they did was they actually purchased this apartment and the apartment below me, and they were actually going to combine the two apartments and make probably the most gorgeous apartment ever,” she went on. “They ended up getting divorced, so that’s why that didn’t happen and I have had the privilege of living here instead.”
Trenkmann revealed that her rent for the three years she lived there started at $2,500, increased to $3,000 in her second year, and was $3,500 in her final year.
Records show that the property, which was listed by Ryan Serhant‘s company Serhant, was sold for $850,000 in August.
