Candice Miller, the influencer and lifestyle blogger, is selling the expansive Hamptons estate where her financier husband, Brandon Miller, took his own life just six weeks ago after falling into significant debts.
The seven-bedroom, 8,674-square-foot home in Water Mill, NY, is listed for $15.5 million through Bespoke Real Estate.
Brandon bought the property in 2011 for $3.2 million and developed it under the entity Cobb Isle Cottage LLC before transferring it to his own name in 2013, according to The Real Deal, which first reported the listing.
The Water Mill home is where he was found unresponsive inside his Porsche Carrera on June 30, while his wife and children were on vacation on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
He died in a Southampton hospital on July 3, after leaving a suicide note indicating that he had intended to take his own life, according to a law enforcement source cited by the New York Times.

The couple was reportedly riddled with debt, and Miller had taken out multiple loans on the Water Mill residence.
Several weeks ago, bridge lender Titan Capital filed suit against Candice over missed payments on a $1 million mortgage against the property.
Candice was well known for her “Mama + Tata” lifestyle blog, where she provided fashion and decorating advice for wealthy women, while also showcasing her own lavish lifestyle of exotic vacations, grand dinner parties, and beauty treatments. The blog has since been taken down.
But behind the wealthy facade, the couple apparently struggled to pay their creditors. According to the Times, one of those creditors told Candice about the couple’s debt situation shortly before her husband’s death.
Brandon reportedly assured his wife that the situation was in hand, but days later made the suicide attempt that ultimately resulted in his death.

After listing the Hamptons home, Candice plans to move with her two young daughters to Miami to start a new life, sources told Page Six.
“She’s over New York,” the insider claimed. “She’s moving to Miami before school starts and has enrolled her kids in a Miami school.”
The Water Mill estate sits on more than one acre near Mecox Bay, and offers “impeccable design and comfort,” according to the listing. The home features five fireplaces, an outdoor living and dining area, and a heated pool with pool house.
Prior to Brandon’s tragic suicide, the couple had reportedly been living in a $47,000-a-month rented apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, having sold their Tribeca apartment for $9 million in 2021, according to the Times.
